Thank you for your query. The implants will have expanded your skin and soft tissue envelope and some kind of skin tightening may be required. I have had good results with extra-capsular implant removal, radio-frequency skin tightening (Thermi-Breast/bodytite), and autologous fat injections. This avoids more incisions and scarring and works well, especially for younger individuals. While it is not entirely possible to predict what your breasts may look like after explanation, important factors include the quality of your natural skin elasticity and the position of the nipple areolar complexes on the breast mound. Based on your photographs, your nipple position is favorable and would not likely require a breast lift after implant removal. Skin elasticity is best evaluated by physical examination, but given your age and assuming you haven't had children or significant weight fluctuations since your augmentation ( factors that may negatively impact skin elasticity) , I think it is more likely than not that your breasts will resume their natural shape after explanation. If you were a size B prior to implants then you had small breasts and your scars will be more visible. The technique I recommend is explantation and lift using The Bellesoma Method. The implants are removed, your breast tissue is reshaped creating upper pole fullness, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained if not injured during your previous surgery. Later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.
